Dear York Taxi Drivers

You don’t need to know ‘what’s up’ with people who use mobility aids of any kind, or whether we have kids, and if not why.

It’s hard to not answer these questions when asked because it feels rude, but it leaves me feeling ‘less than’ or vulnerable when I answer.

(Not all taxi drivers but it’s a frequent experience).
